 omen's Brain Health Initiative Trainee-Mentor Sessions intend to provide s
 tudents with the opportunity to meet and engage with sex and gender expert
 s through informal conversations on diverse topics including professional 
 development and research. To ensure an intimate and valuable experience\, 
 each Trainee-Mentor session will be limited to 30 registrants.\n\nPlease n
 ote that these sessions are for registrants of the Women's Brain Health C
 onference (2020-2021). If you have not registered for the conference\, you
  may do so here before you register for the session(s) you would like to
  attend.\n\n\n\nMarina Adshade is an Assistant Professor of Teaching at th
 e Vancouver School of Economics. She is one of Canada’s foremost econom
 ic experts on the role of women in society with a focus on women’s heal
 th\, safety\, and contribution to the economy through employment and unpai
 d care work. Marina is an experienced writer\, commentator\, and keynote s
 peaker. Her book\, Dollars and Sex: How economics influences sex and love
 \, has been published in ten different languages and is available in boo
 kstores around the globe. As a commentator Marina has published over seven
 ty opinion pieces and feature articles in the Wall Street Journal\, Sunday
  Times (UK)\, Daily Mail (UK)\, Globe and Mail\, Time Magazine\, Psycholo
 gy Today\, and Buzzfeed. Her work has been featured in countless publicati
 ons\, including the New York Times\, the Guardian\, The Economist\, Cosmop
 olitan Magazine\, and GQ Magazine.
