 indy Barha\, PhD\, Post Doctoral Fellow\, Department of Physical Therapy\
 , University of British Columbia\n\nDr. Cindy Barha\, PhD\, is a postdocto
 ral fellow in the Department of Physical Therapy at UBC\, an affiliate mem
 ber of the Women’s Health Research Institute\, and an adjunct professor 
 at SFU. Dr. Barha is a translational neuroscientist with training in behav
 ioural neuroscience\, cognitive neuroscience\, evolutionary biology\, epid
 emiology\, and neuroendocrinology. Her research examines how genetics and 
 hormone-related life events interact to alter cognitive and brain trajecto
 ries across the lifespan and to determine how these factors affect pharmac
 ological and nonpharmacological treatment efficacy in older age. Currently
 \, Dr. Barha is examining sex differences in the effect of exercise on bra
 in health in older adults. She is currently funded by the Alzheimer’s As
 sociation (USA) and Brain Canada.\n\n&nbsp\;
