Eleni is a PhD candidate in Experimental Psychology at the University of Ottawa under the supervision of Dr. Andra Smith. She completed her Honours Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the University of Ottawa in 2024. Her doctoral research examines the impact of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) on mental health, with a broader focus on women’s health and how reproductive hormones influence brain function. Through her work, she hopes to contribute to a better understanding of the biological and psychological factors that shape women’s health experiences.
