Aditi Basdeo

Aditi Basdeo is an entrepreneur, engineer, and advocate building at the intersection of sustainability, women’s health equity, and innovation.

She began her impact journey in 2018 by founding Champions of Change Canada, a youth-led nonprofit that has since mentored over 150 young leaders to launch microbusinesses advancing gender equity around the world. She has also spoken on gender equity and innovation at a United Nations summit alongside Canadian senators.

Aditi is completing a dual degree in Chemical Engineering and Business. She has authored two publications in materials science and led projects involving revalorization, 3D printing, and circular systems. As a founding team member of Goparity Canada, an impact investing platform, she has helped mobilize over $500K toward sustainability-driven small businesses across the country.

Today, Aditi serves as the CEO and Co-Founder of Ova Health Inc., a healthtech startup developing biosensor technology to transform menopause care. Under her leadership, Ova is redefining how hormone health is tracked—creating real-time, personalized tools to close the gender data gap in medicine.

She’s building what the healthcare system forgot—and she’s just getting started.
