I am a Ph.D. student in Movement Sciences and a Research Assistant on an NIH funded project examining Normal Weight Obesity among women. Broadly, I hope to further examine impacts of excess adipose tissue on hormonal profiles among women and examine exercise interventions to increase physical activity and exercise among inactive women. I am a Certified Sports Nutritionist (CISSN) and serve as the National Student Representative for the American College of Sports Medicine Northwest Chapter, and the Student Trustee for the American College of Sports Medicine.
