Awa Naghipour is a physician, research associate and health advocate specializing in sex/gender- and
discrimination-sensitive medicine, with a commitment to advancing equitable and inclusive healthcare. Her research, teaching and advocacy focuses on understanding how structural inequities and (intersecting forms of) discrimination shape health outcomes, clinical practices, and medical knowledge production.
