Caitriona is a graduate student studying a variety of areas of women’s health. Her introduction to the field was field work in rural Kenya where she studied the impacts of menstrual health management on education for young girls there. She has also studied patterns on obstetric diagnoses in insured and uninsured populations in Canada through the COVID-19 pandemic. Her current work focuses on Syrian refugee women’s mental health.
