I am interested in understanding the role of the brain in the development and augmentation of female reproductive disorders including polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), the leading cause of infertility. Using a transgenic approach, I am investigating whether aberrant androgen signaling in the brain programs neuroendocrine and reproductive features associated with preclinical PCOS.
