Harman is a second-year Master of Public Health student interested in centering capacity bridging between underserved communities and researchers to reduce health inequities. She is passionate about amplifying the experiences and voices of individuals with intersectional identities in health research so that these folks can meet their health and wellbeing needs. Currently, she is supporting the RE-IMAGYN BC (Relationship Equity and Intersectional Measurement Among Gender-inclusive YouNg people in British Columbia project), which aims to center the lived and living experiences of 2S/LGBTQ+, gender diverse and non-monogamous youth to improve existing measure of gender and intimate relationship equity.
