Jena is the Manager for Philanthropic Gift Implementation, Research (womenmind) at CAMH and the Director of Operations & Strategic Initiatives for the Women’s Health Research Cluster. With a strong commitment to addressing sex and gender disparities in science and healthcare, Jena plays a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and evaluating innovative women’s health programs.

Drawing on her expertise in co-design and quality improvement principles, Jena works collaboratively to create impactful health initiatives that promote equity and inclusion. Her diverse experience spans both public and hospital settings, where she has driven transformative health programs that enhance care and well-being for all.
