PhD scholar from India, I have spent the past five years immersed in the evolving landscape of menstrual health. My research engages deeply with period poverty, sustainable menstrual practices, social innovation, gender, and the lived experiences of persons with disabilities—while critically examining the socio-technical systems that shape India’s menstrual hygiene management. Rooted in both empathy and evidence, my work seeks to understand how social innovation, policy, and everyday realities converge to create more equitable menstrual futures.
