Katherine Moore

Katherine’s career has focused on advancing the health and wellbeing of all youth in BC. Working towards this goal, she has contributed to various projects in the healthcare, education and public sectors relating to health promotion, community engagement and research. Katherine expresses her passion for health promotion by sitting on the Board of Directors for a non-profit organization (First Call: Child and Youth Advocacy Coalition) as well as the Canadian Perinatal Mental Health Collaborative, as well as chairing the Mental Health Sub-Committee of the Children, Youth and Families Advisory (City of Vancouver). Her academic background in psychology, fitness and business makes her a perfect fit for the WHRC’s multidisciplinary network.

As the WHRC’s Director of Operations & Strategic Initiatives, Katherine provides oversight to all of our initiatives, staff and volunteers. She is also responsible for developing our fundraising portfolio, supporting strategic planning, member engagement and partnership development. You can reach out to Katherine to learn more about the cluster, pitch a collaboration, inquire about sponsorship opportunities and everything in between.

*Katherine will be on maternity leave until January, 2026. Please reach out to her colleague, Jena Roy (management@womenshealthresearchcluster.com) in her absence.
