Krystyna MacRae

Krysia is a Master’s student in the Rosin Lab, studying how maternal sleep disruption affects neurodevelopment and offspring behaviour. Her research focuses on how disturbed sleep during pregnancy alters microglia, astrocyte, and oligodendrocyte composition in the suprachiasmatic nucleus (SCN) and the lasting effects on offspring estrous cycles and behaviour. She earned her BSc in Psychology and Neuroscience at the University of Toronto.
