Maha Khawaja is a Health and Society PhD student at McMaster University conducting sexual health, wellbeing, and relationship research in a social psychology lab. Her focus is on how life-altering experiences such as cancer, radiation treatment, and pelvic pain shape intimacy and dyadic experiences. Maha’s goal is to develop better and more accessible tools, strategies, and frameworks that help couples thrive long-term.
