Beyond the lab, I run science communication platforms reaching 150,000+ followers across TikTok and Instagram, where I create evidence-based content on reproductive health, menstrual physiology, and hormonal health. Co-authoring a book on adolescent health education (“I Know Myself”) to be published in Russian and Kazakh. My goal is to bridge the gap between biomedical research and public understanding of women’s health, particularly in communities where these topics remain stigmatized.
