Melina is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Department of Pediatrics at the University of British Columbia. Melina holds a PhD in Public Health Sciences (specialization: Epidemiology) from the University of Toronto (2025), a MSc in Population and Public Health (2021) from the University of British Columbia, and a BSc in Biology from the University of British Columbia (2018). Her research interests include psychiatric epidemiology, comorbidity, and maternal and child health.
