Sandro Graca

PhD student at the University of Wolverhampton, supported by a joint scholarship from University Hospital Coventry and Warwickshire, conducting research on polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).

Social Media Officer and Early-Career Special Interest Group member of the Androgen Excess and PCOS Society. Part of the international research team behind the 2023 PCOS Guideline update. Recently published PhD work includes studies on PCOS-related use of the internet and digital health tools, and a recent comparative analysis of ChatGPT versus evidence-based PCOS-related information and advice.

Hold an MSc from Middlesex University (Merit) focusing on acupuncture for PCOS, and continue to lead research in this area as a Board Member of the Society for Acupuncture Research, Director at Evidence Based Acupuncture, and Social Media & Outreach Editor for the European Journal of Integrative Medicine.

Currently serving as Scientific Advisor for the Austrian acupuncture association and so-author in the Cochrane Review Groups examining acupuncture for assisted reproductive technology and Chinese herbal medicine for endometriosis.
