I am a Master of Science in Social Work and Master of Public Health candidate at Columbia University. I graduated from McMaster University in Toronto, Canada. I founded the Canadian Premenstrual Disorders Association and am passionate about advancing our understanding of reproductive mental health and increasing equitable access to care. I have experience as a qualitative researcher and currently work for the Sleep Mind Health Research Program at the Columbia School of Social Work.
