Sydney is an undergraduate student in the Honours Synthetic Biology program at Western University. Her research interests focus on women’s health, particularly sexual health and quality of life following invasive cancer therapies.

She recently completed a co-op term with OVCARE at BC Cancer, contributing to ovarian cancer research. Sydney is also a member of the GCI Trainee Committee, where she is involved in trainee engagement and collaborative initiatives.
