Elizaveta Goldeh

Elizaveta Goldeh is a psychologist, educator, and somatic healing practitioner specializing in women’s health, body literacy, and adolescent development. She holds degrees in Psychology & Pedagogy (Russia) and a Master’s in Psychology and Economics from Sorbonne University (France). Her work integrates evidence-based psychology with somatic approaches to support emotional regulation, trauma-informed education, and healthy relationships with the body.

Elizaveta is the creator of Your Body — Your Power (Hey Ley), an innovative, chatbot-based puberty education program for girls aged 9–16. The course provides accessible and culturally adaptive guidance on menstrual health, early puberty, emotional wellbeing, and mother–daughter communication. It has reached families across Europe, Russia, and North America and is currently being adapted into English and French for global use.

As a somatic practitioner, Elizaveta focuses on how stress, developmental transitions, and cultural narratives shape girls’ and women’s experiences of their bodies. Her professional and research interests include early puberty, menstrual cycle education, psychosomatics, intergenerational patterns, and the role of embodied practices in adolescent wellbeing.

Based in Paris, she collaborates with mothers, healthcare professionals, and educators to promote accessible, evidence-informed, body-centered education. She is eager to contribute to interdisciplinary research and knowledge exchange within the field of women’s health, menstrual health literacy, and adolescent development.
