Milan Terzic
Professor Dr. Milan Terzic is a physician-scientist and academic leader specializing in obstetrics and gynecology, with particular expertise in reproductive endocrinology, women’s health, and clinical research. He is a Full Professor at the School of Medicine, Nazarbayev University, where he is actively involved in undergraduate and postgraduate medical education, residency training, and academic program development in accordance with international standards.
His research portfolio spans clinical and translational studies in gynecologic oncology, reproductive health, menopause and aging, biomarkers in women’s cancers, and health outcomes research. He has a strong interest in integrating evidence-based medicine, molecular diagnostics, and personalized approaches into contemporary clinical care. In addition to clinical research, he is engaged in medical education scholarship, with a focus on competency-based training, curriculum development, and faculty development.
Professor Terzic has led and participated in multiple international and multidisciplinary research collaborations and has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals.
