Anaïs Moczulski is a PhD student at Bangor University in North Wales under the supervision of Dr. Sophie Harrison. She is a Certified Athletic Therapist (CAT(C)), and holds an Honours Bachelor of Applied Health Science – Athletic Therapy from Sheridan College and an MSc in Psychology of Sport from the University of Stirling.

Her research focuses on identifying menstrual cycle and hormonal contraceptive symptoms that impact physically active women and girls, and accessible management strategies for those symptoms. Anaïs’ research interests encompass women’s health, female athlete support and wellbeing, and sport psychology.
