Andrea Guest has worked in entrepreneurship for over a decade. She has been with the Innovation Factory since 2021 where she takes pride in leading Femtech Canada. Femtech Canada is a national coalition dedicated to supporting the creation of inclusion-informed, cutting-edge businesses that stand to overturn, challenge, and create new solutions in high-priority areas of women’s health. Prior to Innovation Factory, Andrea co-founded a tele-vet business in Tanzania and worked with women’s health initiatives focusing on sexual and reproductive health in remote East African communities. Andrea has also spent time working for the UN focusing on South-South Cooperation. Andrea holds an undergraduate degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and a postgraduate degree from Humber College. She is a certified Scrum Master and holds a certificate in Product Management.
