Prasoona is pursuing her PhD in the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences at UPES Dehradun, India, focusing on postpartum depression with a specialization in psychopharmacology. She holds a master’s degree in clinical research and is conducting her doctoral studies under the guidance of Dr. Jyoti Upadhyay, Dr. Mukesh Nandave, and Dr. Jodi Pawluski. Her research centers on identifying natural multitarget-directed ligands for managing postpartum depression. Prasoona aims to translate scientific findings into practical strategies or interventions to enhance healthcare outcomes for new mothers.
