I am an Associate Professor at York University, Toronto, Canada. My research has a focus on women’s cardiovascular and autonomic health. I investigate physiological mechanisms that have been shown to have sex differences and I investigate the roles of the menstrual cycle and/or oral contraceptive use. Further, I have a high level of interest in chronic conditions and dis-proportionally affect women such as orthostatic intolerance, ME/CFS, and Long COVID.
