I received my Ph.D. in Behavioral Neuroscience in 2014. For over 10 years I did basic and translational research on hormones and sex differences in neuropsychiatric and neurodegenerative disease models, with particular emphasis on the interaction between obesity and Alzheimer’s disease. I now work with clinical data, working to understand how hormones affect the brain and peripheral physiology across aging, with a particular interest in menopause and hormone replacement therapies.
