I am an undergraduate biology and mathematics student looking to pursue my PhD in Obstetrics and Gynecology. I aspire to conduct cutting edge, equitable research that lessens the gap of healthcare quality between racial groups, especially in the field of gynecology, which has historically widened the pockets of white men at the expense of women of color’s bodies and livelihoods.
